Three days ago I made pizza crust. Yesterday I made pizza, and used up the rest of my cheese and tomato sauce. It was kind of a sad pizza, but it was amazing and I REALLY enjoyed it.
After that pizza I still had one dough ball left over, but no cheese or tomato sauce. We have a LOT of beef in the fridge.
I decided to use the beef and the leftover dough ball to make a new thing. It’s combination of 烤包子 and Calzone.
