Homemade Pancakes
With no pancake mix.
These are rough guidelines!
Mix 1 cup of flour (120 grams), 2 tablespoons (25 grams) of sugar, 2 teaspoons (10 grams) of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of milk (240 mL), 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat, flipping when bubbles appear.
