山谷汤面 - a noddle dish invented by Chyah Chyah. Kind of somewhere between hangzhou flavors, guilin rice noodles, and japanese ramen. So good.
Why is it called 山谷汤面? 因为全部都是一些山上长的东西,地鲜不是海鲜。
Ingredients
- 猪肚鸡汤包/汤底
- Ground pork
- napa cabbage
- 米线/rice noodles
- 百叶结
- Shiitake mushrooms or other 蘑菇
- 葱 - cut very very thin, and in high quantity
- 炸蒜 - fried garlic
